How does the

Process work?

What should you expect when commissioning me?
I’ll detail my process in 3 simple steps!
(I only accept custom requests for stream assets)

#1 Make a request

First, make a request through VGen. If you have a different request or are an agency, please contact me via the contact form or via email (hi.spookysony@gmail.com)!

I’ll then give you a quote on your project and timeframe. If we both agree with the quote, we can get then the commission started!

#2 Check the Queue

Check the progress of your order on my Trello queue, or ask me anytime via DMs or email! I’ll reply back to you as soon as I can with details or a progress report.

I’ll notify you right before work starts so that we can discuss the project further and to ask for your references or other material!

#3 Get your Assets

I’ll draft, revise (unless it is a surprise me/skeb order) until you’re happy with them and finish the assets you’ve ordered together with you, and send them your way!

FAQ

What are my Do’s / Dont’s?

I'm happy to work with you as long as the project doesn't include NSFW material or other offensive material.

How long does it take to get my designs?

Most works take around 1-2 months to complete depending on project size, and you'll get a more accurate estimate of how long you can expect to wait when commissioning!

Can I pay 50/50?

Payment is 100% up-front unless discussed. If it is for a waitlist slot, it is 50% up-front and then final 50% before project has started.
